Hi! I’m Ceren, I’m from New Jersey, and I’m currently a freshman at Rutgers–New Brunswick. I’d love to give tours and share my experience transitioning to Rutgers and everything I’ve learned so far! I know a lot of the best study spots around campus, can help explain the Rutgers bus system and how to get around campus, and can share tips that I wish I knew before starting college. I also participate in Rutgers Women’s Club Soccer, so if you’re interested in competitive sports that aren’t at the Division I level, I’d love to talk about my experience with that as well. I can also share information about the many academic, career, and student resources Rutgers has to offer. I’d love to make the transition to Rutgers easier for incoming students and give them an honest perspective from a current freshman!

I love Rutgers. Ive developed a routine and consistently becoming more and more independent each day. Meeting new people from so many different places is amazing

Tip for future students

Expect to be alone with everything. You are becoming so independent so plan ahead your day, week, even a month of events because college comes with a lot. Give yourself time
