Hi, I am vanishri bajaj a sophmore at tufts university from kolkata, India. I am planning to double major in economics and psychology. I love travelling, trying out new restaraunts and spending time with my friends. Describe your college experience

As an international student moving into a completely different country all from scratch can be daunting at first, but you will always end up finding your place in it. The tufts pre-orientation program really helped me in meeting more like minded people and through classes and clubs I met different people. One year into college, I have made a friendgroup where I feel valued, see growth and lifetime of memories.

Tip for future students

Try meeting as many new people you can when u start college. Everyone is in the same position as you, dont be shy to approach anyone and just be you. Do not take all easy classes in you first semester try to test out classes which allign with your interests.

Favorite class

Introduction to Finance- I learn a lot more about the finance field, stock market and developed valuable excel skills.

I want to work in the one of the big 4 consulting firms
