Here to help you learn more about UCLA School of Law!
Hi, I'm Jasmine! I'm always excited to help demystify law school for students at every stage of the process (from those who are simply curious, to future LSAT takers, to admitted students deciding where to enroll). I'm happy to answer questions candidly about my experience and connect you with the admissions team if that would be helpful. Before law school, I got my BA in Sociology at Cornell and then spent four years working as a intellectual property paralegal in New York City.

Describe your college experience
Law school is tough, but you learn so much about yourself, the world, and of course, the law!
Tip for future students
A lot of law school is full of surprises, so you'll often hear that it's difficult to prepare in advance. One thing you can do before you start is update your resume and draft a general cover letter. Career Services begins reviewing application materials very early in the school year, so having these documents ready ahead of time can take a lot of pressure off once classes begin.
