The reason I chose ASU was for one the weather is amazing, and I love the livelihood involved. Describe your college experience

Coming from someone who wasn’t sure about going to school, it changed my life fo the better. I’ve made amazing friends and met incredible people. With my major, Acting, I feel like I’m really learning a lot that will help me in a future in that industry. I also just love the campus in general, it provides such a positive vibe and walking around allows me to destress.

Tip for future students

-Speak with your advisor on recommendations for classes -If you’re living in the dorm, learn to accommodate with your roomate on likes and dislikes -Make your schedule the best way that works for you -Put yourself out there! It’s easy to make friends when you try, and are open to the idea -Go to the events! Take a break once in a while and enjoy your social life. School is important, but do not revolve your entire life around it

Favorite class

I loved my Acting 1 class! It’s so interesting hearing other peoples perspectives on wht they think about a play or a movie, etc, and learning technique is extremely important to me and that’s exactly what I learnd. I also had a great teacher, she made the 9am worth it. I also really enjoyed my yoga class, it was nice to have a class where I could unwind and open my mind.

Career goals

I plan on doing auditions consistently and seeing where that goes. Acting is my passion and it’s one step at a time so it requires a lot of patience as well.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I love spending a free night wih my friends! Either going out or staying in and playing games or watching movies. I would definitely recommend finding friends who won’t just do one type of activity with you, find the people who make you laugh, smile, and the people you can be your true self with.
