Game Design major with knowledge of both UCF's main and downtown campuses
I'm a Digital Media: Game Design major with previous experience in multiple fields, from engineering to art, and have been in this major since I was admitted to UCF in 2024. Since then, I have stayed on UCF's main campus living for my freshman year and now leave close off-campus to main campus but often commute to UCF's downtown campus for my Game Design classes.

Describe your college experience
Though it was rough at first and I've had to deal with my own personal issues along the way, college has so far been great for the newfound independence (though this also brings many new responsibilities) and experiences.
Tip for future students
Do not be afraid to use school resources as needed, especially those relating to forms of counseling whether it be for academic or personal issues.
Favorite class
DIG4713 Game Design; we designed board games of increasing complexity and development lengths among groups of people, really testing our beginner skills of making games in teams even if they aren't proper video games yet.
Career goals
Become part of a game development team, either as a game designer or a flexible position; potentially also open to freelance positions for art and design.
Ideal way to spend a free night
Grab some friends to head to someone's house or a good destination to just hang out for fun or even talk, like an arcade or even just a restaurant.
