Describe your college experience
I have had the opportunity to explore a variety of jobs and extracurricular activities during my time at ASU. I have made long-lasting friendships and experiences along the way that have allowed me to have a productive college experience.
Tip for future students
My biggest tip is to remember to put yourself out there, being in college is an amazing experience where you get to meet people all over the world, network through events and have incredible opportunities along the way. Academics come first, but remember to have fun it is important to balance your college experience out.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been TEL 340: Families, Communities & Cultures. With the help of my amazing professors, I had the opportunity to explore the school community in depth while completing my internship. Being able to connect with families as I approach an educator role in the future is vital to understanding my future students.
Career goals
After college, I hope to become an educator for a title 1 school where I teach for a couple of years and pursue an Master's degree to become a Speech Pathologist.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is to meet with friends over dinner and watch a movie together.
