Economics and Business Senior - Greek Life and Start Ups
I’m Zach, and I’m originally from Minneapolis, MN but currently live in Houston, TX. I’m currently a senior at Vanderbilt University studying Economics and History, with minors in Business and Data Science. Outside of class, I love spending time with friends, exploring Nashville, going to live music and sporting events, and being involved on campus. I’m especially interested in entrepreneurship, technology, and investing. This past summer, I interned at BlackRock, which gave me the opportunity to learn more about finance and investing firsthand. I’ve also spent a lot of my time in college building startups and exploring new business ideas. After college, I’m planning to head out to Silicon Valley to continue building my current startup and see where entrepreneurship takes me. I’m definitely an extrovert and enjoy meeting new people, trying new things, and putting myself in unfamiliar environments. I also love traveling and recently spent a semester studying abroad in Sydney, Australia. Overall, I try to make the most of college by balancing academics and career goals with friends, travel, and new experiences.
