I am currently a Cornell University staff member, working as a Financial Aid Counselor. I will also be starting my graduate degree with Cornell in May of 2026 in the Public Administration program. I received my undergraduate degree in Sociology from Keuka College. I would be happy to answer any financial aid questions or concerns on our tour.

As a staff member, I see the internals of how much Cornell cares for their students. In our office specifically, I know we do everything we can to make sure students can attend with us.

Tip for future students

Make sure you get your CSS Profile and FAFSA completed before the stated deadlines on our website. I've seen many students who get admitted, and are unable to make a decision by the admissions deadline because they haven't started their financial aid application.

After the completion of my Master's degree, I plan on staying with Cornell and moving up internally.
