Describe your college experience

My first year was a little different since I was in Bridge, so I had classes at Tri-County but spent most of my time on Clemson’s campus. It honestly forced me to figure things out quicker. Where to be, how to manage my time, and how to build a routine that actually works. Since then, I’ve gotten a lot more comfortable here. Between classes, work, the gym, and just being around people, I’ve found a good balance and a solid group of friends. At this point, Clemson feels pretty natural to me, and I have a good sense of how things actually work day to day, not just what you see on a tour.

Tip for future students

Be open to meeting people, trying new things, and figuring out who you actually are. Put down your phone when you can and admire how beautiful the campus is.

Favorite class

My favorite class so far has been The Anthropology of Food. It sounds really random... but Professor Williams is great and makes for a really great class.

Career goals

I want to work in the world of corporate finance (M&A, risk, analysis).

Ideal way to spend a free night

I like hanging out with my friends! Whether it's inside or outside of the house, I love being around my people.

High school or secondary school

I attended Socastee High School in Myrtle Beach, SC, USA.

Meeting point

Carillon Garden on the Clemson University campus
