I’m currently a sophomore at Ole Miss and I have had a great experience and want to share it with others. I’m in a fraternity, but have also been involved in events all around campus. I love Ole Miss sports the most, but it has plenty to offer for everyone.

I’ve been in the pickleball club, involved in church groups, and in a fraternity where we have participated in community service.

Describe your college experience

I’ve been able to have complete freedom and the ability to make real friendships that will last a lifetime. The dorm life was challenging but a lot of fun being with my friends all the time. Now, as a sophomore, living off campus with my good friends is a great time that has definitely helped my experience.

Tip for future students

Be as active as possible. Don’t stay in your dorm unless you are sleeping. Go join clubs and put yourself out there, because it will benefit you in the long-term.

Favorite class

Econ 202, because my teacher was great at setting real life examples that we could learn from. It also applies to my life right now, so I could benefit from it immediately.

Career goals

I hope to gain valuable experience in whatever I pursue, and eventually start my own business from what I learned.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I like to hang out with friends and go to the square or go play pickup sports.
