Describe your college experience

I had an amazing first year. Adjusting was difficult but once you find your people things get better. The experiences that you get at UoSC are unmatched. From concerts to sports games, they really cater to the college experience. Most event are accessible to students and are free or low charge. The campus is beautiful and makes the experience even better!

Tip for future students

I would say that at the beginning it is a big adjustment. It is important to find your footing with your new classes before thinking about joining groups or organizations. It will be overwhelming at first but once you get adjusted things get easier. Apps will be your best friends and make resources simple and easy to access.

Favorite class

My favorite class was U101. This is a freshman class to give you insight and help you get adjusted to campus. It is a small class and it is an easy way to make connections and make friends as you start your college journey.

Career goals

My dream job would become an auditor and do real estate on the side.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I would spend my night either at Thomas Cooper Library studying, at Russell House eating with friends, or finding an event hosted by one of our many organizations on Campus
