Describe your college experience

My transition to college so far has been pretty smooth, the first few weeks were hard but once I started talking to other students, I picked up some tips and tricks that have worked well for me so far!

Tip for future students

I highly recommend trying new things and pushing your social comfort just for the first month or so to find friends and study groups. If you are living in a dorm, keep your door open when you are in there and say hi to people walking by!

Favorite class

My favorite classes so far are Psychology and Media+Pop culture. I like these classes because they are designed for first year students to do well in. The Professors are very nice and easy to talk to. In all classes, there are so many opportunities if you need extra support.

Career goals

I hope to become a registered nurse and practice for a few years before going back to school to get my nurse practitioner license.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I like studying on my own during the day, but studying with friends is great for me at night. I also like to play games and watch shows with my roomate. I also tend to find myself on random side quests quite often.
