I am a first year at the University of Virginia majoring in politics and media studies. I am very involved on grounds and am in many clubs, including the ski team, Cavalier Daily (student newspaper), greek life (DZ!), and the student radio. I absolutely love UVA and I can't wait to share it with all of you guys!

Describe your college experience

It has been amazing! I've met so many amazing people that I love from all over the world, made so many great memories, and taken really interesting classes. UVA is so beautiful and there is so much to do here!

Tip for future students

Don't be afraid to go talk to everyone in your hall - that's how I made a lot of my friends! Also, join clubs that seem interesting to you, and try new things!

Favorite class

Reimagining the News - the professor was amazing and we had such cool guest speakers - including the CEO of The Onion! I learned a lot about the future of journalism and the innovation in the news industry right now. I also love Cultures of Hip-Hop. It's so cool to learn about the history of such a great genre of music!

Career goals

I want to work in music management or entertainment law.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I love either going out with my friends or making food and having a movie night together!
