Describe your college experience

As a native from Southern California, campus is six hours away from home. Getting involved with my campus really helped me feel like I belong here through the strong connections I made with friends and colleagues!

Tip for future students

You miss every shot you don't take! I applied to my campus internship incredibly last minute and on a vague hunch and I ended up getting it!

Favorite class

My favorite class so far is easily KRSG 65W taught by Daniel Pearce. I took it as a supplemental course after taking WRIT 2 with the same professor. He is a considerate and supportive professor, and will certainly help you augment your writing abilities!

Career goals

I hope to go to Medical School after college!

Ideal way to spend a free night

It's a crisp Tuesday night for the $5 tickets. 7:20pm movie at the downtown Santa Cruz Cinema with friends, 9:30pm Mongolian BBQ to get boxes of leftovers, 10:30pm late night Safeway trip for snacks, 11:00pm back at dorm and getting ready for bed.
