Hi! I am Chloe Alexander, and I am a freshman from Morristown, New Jersey! I absolutely love Rutgers and would suggest for everyone to come here. In High School you can feel sheltered, or put in a specific group, but at Rutgers you have the option to participate in everything you see. From musical clubs, to Greek Life, Rutgers literally has it all and I have taken advantage of many of the opportunities that the school has given me to truly find myself.

Describe your college experience

As a first semester freshman I have learned a lot regarding Rutgers New-Brunswick already! I love the culture, my peers, the professors, and the ability to travel all around New Brunswick while knowing I am safe and have outlets if I feel any other way.

Tip for future students

My tips for future students are to stay academically focused, but also do not let it consume you. Rutgers does a wonderful job at being an outlet for students to make their own decisions and choose their own path, through football or basketball games, and other building meet ups!

Favorite class

General Psychology, because my teacher is extremely kind, and the material is understandable due to the way he explains it!

Career goals

I hope after college to go to Law School and become a Contact Lawyer.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal way to spend a free night is by getting together with my friends and going to the dining hall to catch up on our days. If not that then I also love exploring the different campuses like Cook Doug to see the pond, animals, and get a bagel!

The Alexander Library due to the ability to have a plethora of options to sit. For example inside, in the quiet, inside with friends studying together, or outside at the tables during a nice day.
