Transfer BYU student studying Entrepreneurship!

Hi! I’m Kate, a BYU student studying entrepreneurship with a minor in Spanish! I love BYU and would be excited to show you around campus from a student’s perspective! I can help you get familiar with important buildings, study spots, places to eat, campus resources, and some of the little things you might not discover on an official tour. I’m outgoing and love meeting new people, so feel free to ask me anything about classes, student life, getting involved, or what it’s really like to be a student at BYU. My goal is to make your visit fun, comfortable, and helpful!

Describe your college experience

I have loved BYU! It has been a different experience than I experienced at my last college. I love that spiritually is a part of learning and I love how many people you can get to know daily.

Tip for future students

Stay on top of homework! It’s extremely possible to be able to go to a lot of events, be in many clubs, go to the games, while having good grades and having all your homework done! Explore! Go alone! You will meet people!

Favorite class

Spanish 321, I was surrounded by return missionaries, spoke the language I love, and met my best friends for this new school year in that class.

Career goals

I want to own my own company and have products out in the market!

Ideal way to spend a free night

I’m often with friends! I feel like Provo has event every single night and I often make sure I do my homework during the day so I can join all the events every night or go to the sport games!
