Chill advertising major that can show you how to have fun
What’s up everybody? My name is Luke and I am a sophomore here at BYU. I’ve enjoyed every moment of my time on this campus and it seems like every semester I discover new hidden spots I didn’t know were there before. If I’m off campus you can probably find me at a close park playing spikeball or baseball with my friends. I also love movies and skateboarding. Describe your college experience
I think the transfer to college went very smoothly for me. I love being with my friends and experiencing new things. Although the main focus is studying hard like I did before in order to get great grades.
Tip for future students
One tip I would give is “Freshman year matters just as much as any other year so still try”
Favorite class
My favorite class so far has been Comms 230 Intro to Creative Advertising. This class was the turning point on when I decided I wanted to do advertising. I really love using my creativity in order to make someone’s day better.
Career goals
Since I am majoring in communications with an emphasis in advertising I hope to one day go into that field and then later down the road own my own advertising agency.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal night would consist of playing sports, either baseball or spikeball, until it gets dark. Then afterwards enjoy ourselves by divulging in a delicious chipotle burrito. As the night goes on we turn on the tv and watch a movie with dessert.

Favorite spot on campus
My favorite spot on campus is the Research and Writing Center. Here I can get help with my papers and I get to exercise my creativity more by seeing it through other people eyes.
