Describe your college experience
Since I started college three years after I graduated high school, I was worried about the transition from my mission and work life to going back to school. However, I found tons of great resources, friends, and faculty that helped answer all my questions and give me the tools I need to succeed. Everyone here is so caring that it seems like the campus glows. Even though the classes can be very challenging, I believe that it is a privilege to be here.
Tip for future students
Dont proctrastinate, do your work yourself with the intention of really understanding the material, make sure to have fun
Favorite class
My favorite class so far has either been my Science of Biology class or my Eternal Families class. I had great teachers who were so passionate and engaging with thier lectures. I felt like I really came to understand and internalize the material on a deeper level than I have in other experiences.
Career goals
I hope to attend medical school and become an ER doctor
Ideal way to spend a free night
I would love to go do a fun activity with a group of friends, probably incuiding sports and food at a park in the mountains, then making a yummy treat at home with my wife and eat it while watching a movie.

Favorite spot on campus
The most beautiful spot on campus is a grass area behind the Karl Maeser building, next to the nature walk south of campus. There is hardly ever anyone there so it is quiet and has a great view of the sky and sunset at all times of year.
