Hi I am Tom and I have had the full DC experience for four years now, which I would love to share with you! I've seen the entire city by bike and worked in the highest places the District has to offer, including for my Congressman in the US Capitol and Deloitte's tower just across the river. I've made friends with some of the most impressive professionals in the city, all while enjoying the District's extremely vibrant (and crazy) social life. Originating from New England, I joined GW's Sailing and Ice Hockey Teams, as well as becoming an involved member of our Catholic center. In my down time, I read and write extensively. I look forward to meeting you all, and expect to have a great tour soon!

Describe your college experience

My transition to college was an easy one. GW has put me into high level jobs and internships I never could have imagined, and I have met some of my best friends while here!

Tip for future students

I wish I started working and applying way earlier. I did on the normal timeline, but there is great reward to be ahead of the curve.

Favorite class

Introduction to International Business, IBUS 3001. Professor Kim is unbelievably kind and incredibly smart.

Career goals

I will be returning with Deloitte's Consulting practice in Rosslyn VA!
