Hi, My name is Samantha. I am an animal science major with a sales leadership minor. I hope to get into veterinary pharmaceutical sales. I currently a sophomore and I live in an apartment off campus. However my first year I did live in the dorms, and I loved them. I grew up in Howell MI which is about 30 min from East Lansing. I grew up playing volleyball for my highschool and for a club team. And I still play with my best friend on campus when we can. I also did FFA in high school and very much enjoyed that.

I have loved going to college. You get more freedom and it’s a chance to figure out life surrounded by people who understand and are going through the same things you are.

Try your best to make new friends and talk to everyone you meet. Sit next to someone your first day of class, because chances are they are looking for someone too.

Snyder hall ​/​ North neighborhood. I like the brick building and the proximity to downtown. It makes you feel like you’re connected to everyone and in the middle of a bustling campus.
