Hey hey! I’m Jennifer, a Senior in NYU’s Sport Management program. If you’re looking for an authentic, candid look into what it really takes to thrive at NYU, you’ve come to the right place. As a 4.0 GPA Dean’s Scholar and Peer Mentor, I spend my time helping incoming students acclimate to college life, balance academics, and make the most of their time in the city. I’ve spent my college career deeply embedded in the NYU community through multiple on-campus roles across NYU Athletics, Campus Recreation, and Residential Life. Beyond campus, I turn NYC into my classroom: I spent this past year interning with Madison Square Garden Sports Corporation during the Knicks' championship run, and I'll be returning to MSG again for the upcoming year! Describe your college experience

My college experience was exactly what I hoped it'd be. It challenged me, humbled me, and helped me grow. I learned a lot inside and outside the classroom, had my share of successes and failures, and I think all of that has set me up pretty well for life after college.

Tip for future students

Do what you actually like but still say "YES" to new things. You should still stay true to yourself and do things you like, but be open to new experiences.

Favorite class

Live Sport Event Management - Taught me the operations and logistics of live sporting events. Everything I learned from this class helped me get internships and connections.

Career goals

I want to work in Sports on the business side. Specifically, event management, operations.
