Friendly campus guide at UD <3

Hi!! I’m Emmanuella, an incoming freshman who recently went through the college search process myself so I can understand all the emotions that it comes with. I’m excited to share my experience and give you some perspective as a student. It’s everything from sharing what drew me in to what might draw you in. I’m here to make your UD visit informative and hopefully memorable as well.

Describe your college experience

My college experience has been an adjustment. As if now, I have experienced exciting moments and difficult challenges but I feel as though I am gaining more confidence in my college life as time passes.

Tip for future students

I would say that I am still pretty new to this but even with all the confusion I am learning is that a student does not need multiple devices to survive. A laptop is the base and everything else can be added later.

Favorite class

My favorite class is math because I love numbers and the logic behind it. It’s very straightforward once you look past the surface just like me.

Career goals

I am planning to attend Medical school and moving on to pursue a career as a doctor.

Ideal way to spend a free night

Most ideal way to spend a free night is making it a movie night with no limit, it could be 2 or 3.

Favorite spot on campus

My fav spot on campus will always be Morris Library. Reading has always been a window to coping with school stress is a beautiful place for that. It’s also a great study spot.
