Describe your college experience
I was initially unsure if more education after high school would be right for me, and I had a rocky first few semesters. But after I started understanding how interesting the classes I WANTED to be in were, I started pushing myself to be a better student and it has done wonders.
Tip for future students
Don't treat college like high school; you or someone on your side is paying for you to be here, and the professors are experts in their fields. Sit back and engage in lessons and it will be leagues more fun and interesting.
Favorite class
Japanese; both of my professors I've had throughout my college career have been wonderful examples of people who don't just come to teach, but want to immerse their students in culture and help them learn in the same way natives do.
Career goals
I plan on pursuing my masters, and becoming a researcher. If all goes well, I will still be with the University of Delaware.
Ideal way to spend a free night
Spending time with my friends. Whether it be gaming together, going for a walk, or just grabbing snacks at 7/11.
