Describe your college experience
I have made so many friends through clubs and living in the dorms. I love campus and going out to eat on Main Street. My professors have been super helpful and easy to collaborate with and get in touch with making my academic success thrive.
Tip for future students
Keep your dorm door open on move-in day; it's a great way to introduce yourself to your floor mates and make a lot of friends. Take your academics seriously, but find a healthy balance to incorporate a social life.
Favorite class
My favorite class would have to be Introduction to Microbiology (BISC 300) and the lab (BISC 310). My lab TA was amazing, Mia Fillion; she was always available to help with the lab reports, and the labs were very hands-on and fun to do. The class and exams were challenging but I enjoyed learning about it so it made it easier.
Career goals
I hope to go to medical school or work in a research lab.
Ideal way to spend a free night
Hanging out with my roommates, making dinner and watching a movie, or getting food on Main Street and going for a walk at the reservoir.
