Current CU Boulder student who loves helping visitors explore campus.
Hi! I'm a current student at CU Boulder who enjoys meeting new people and helping others feel comfortable on campus. I've gotten to know the university and the Boulder area through my time here, and I love sharing recommendations for places to eat, study, and explore. I love getting to know different faces and im excited to help visitors experience campus from a student's perspective.

Describe your college experience
Transitioning to college was challenging at first because I had a strong community back home. Moving to Boulder meant starting over, which took time to adjust to. As I got involved, met new people, and became more comfortable on campus, Boulder began to feel welcoming. Now I've built meaningful friendships and found a community that has truly made CU Boulder feel like home.
Tip for future students
Don't be afraid to put yourself out there during your first few weeks. Everyone is looking to make friends, even if it doesn't seem like it. Get involved in clubs, attend campus events, and give yourself time to adjust. It may not feel like home right away, but with time you'll find your people and create a community.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been my journalism elective. I took it just to try something new, but it ended up being one of the most interesting classes I've taken. It taught me that electives are a great opportunity to explore interests outside your major, and you never know what might spark a new passion or perspective.
Career goals
After college, I hope to become a physical therapist for athletes. As an athlete who dealt with several injuries, I want to help others recover and get back to doing what they love.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My friends and I love trying new food spots, especially on Pearl Street, and we always end the night with frozen yogurt from Ripple. If it's a Tuesday, you'll probably find us at the movies taking advantage of the half-price tickets.
