Describe your college experience

Transitioning to college taught me how to become more independent, step outside my comfort zone, and balance academics, work, and my social life. I’ve enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds, getting involved on campus, and growing both personally and professionally. College has challenged me in the best ways and has helped me become more confident and resilient.

Tip for future students

Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Join clubs, attend campus events, and introduce yourself to new people—you never know who could become your closest friends. Stay organized, ask for help when you need it, and take advantage of your professors’ office hours and campus resources. College goes by quickly, so make the most of every opportunity.

Favorite class

Personal and Family Health because the professor was incredibly supportive and created a positive learning environment. The class taught practical skills that I can apply to my everyday life while making me feel comfortable asking questions and participating.

Career goals

I hope to build a career in sales where I can connect with people, solve problems, and continue developing my communication and leadership skills. I’m excited about opportunities that allow me to grow professionally while making a positive impact.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal free night is grabbing dinner with friends, exploring Tampa, watching the sunset by the water, or having a relaxing night in with a good movie. I also enjoy trying new coffee shops, staying active, and spending quality time with the people I’m close to.
