Describe your college experience

I love Georgetown with my entire heart! Georgetown has an excellent work-hard play-hard balance, and is a place with a lot of school pride. Since we have a more social student body, I've always found it very easy to meet new people and make friends.

Tip for future students

Georgetown has a huge coffee chat culture that I love. When people say "let's get coffee," they really mean it, and you should always take them up on it!

Favorite class

I took one of our required courses called the Problem of God with fairly low expectations, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! The entire course was purely discussion style, and I feel that I became a better thinker and speaker because of it.

Career goals

I will be headed to law school after graduation, and plan to pursue a career in public international law.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I really enjoy reading, and I'd love to spend a free night with a new book and my roommates! My favorite genre is lit-fit, and I just finished Madonna in a Fur Coat (hugely recommend).

High school or secondary school

Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, Aurora, IL

Previous college

University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL. Although I loved my prior university, Georgetown's classes, faculty, and students have pushed me to become a much smarter and more diligent version of myself. Georgetown also had an excellent network for incoming transfer students, and I was able to make friends quickly!
