Senior at USC majoring in Political Science

My name is Stephen Hunt and I am a Political Science student at the University of Southern California, pursuing minors in German Studies and Spanish Language and Literature. My experiences in legal services, congressional affairs, international education, and community tutoring have strengthened my skills in research, communication, advocacy, and leadership. Through internships and campus involvement, I have developed a passion for public service and law while leading initiatives that promote engagement and community impact. As a multilingual student with proficiency in Spanish and German, I am particularly interested in immigration law, civil rights, reproductive justice, and using policy and advocacy to create meaningful change. I hope to obtain my JD after graduating from USC.

Describe your college experience

Moving across the country to attend USC was not easy, but I am so grateful that I did it. I fell in love with USC and Southern California, eventually learning that I would like to spend the rest of my life here. I have loved every single bit of college, from the classes to my friends, I would not change a thing.

My favorite class has been Spanish for the Professions, because it taught me how to use my spanish skills in a professional setting. I also loved the professor of the class.
