Energetic, communicative
I'm currently a second-year student at the University of Tampa, and I am also originally from Tampa, so I have lots of experience in and around campus. I love teaching people the deeper ins and outs of UTampa and the city of Tampa as a whole.

Describe your college experience
Transitioning to college was a big switch for me, but I started to figure out the waters of how college works. I'm a first gen student, so I had to rely on my own understanding to grasp how to figure out my new transition. In doing so, I was able to find many resources that gave me extra support throughout my experience.
Tip for future students
A couple things I wish I had known would have been to use all the resources that are provided on campus and if I didn't know what resources were available to me to go look for help.
Favorite class
My favorite class so far has been my biology lab class. It was my favorite because at the time I was studying biology to become a geneticist. I loved doing the hands-on experiments, but since then I have changed my major to something more of my caliber.
Career goals
Initially I was on biology track to become a geneticist, but now I am on track to becoming a music therapist. I hope to do lots of research in how music affects the neurodivergent and how it is beneficial in studying habits and memory skills.
Ideal way to spend a free night
When I have a free night, I usually chill with my family or my boyfriend just to decompress. If not that, I'm probably reading a book in bed all day.
High school or secondary school
For high school I attended Bayshore Christian School located in Tampa, Fl.
Previous college
I did dual enrollment throughout the last two years of my high school experience, and I transferred my credits to UTampa.
Meeting point
