I’m a sophomore born in New York who moved down to the South to get away from the city. I’m a huge fan of film, but I hope to do psychology with business relations. I’ve always been active in the community and I hope to spread my joy with others to show how much I appreciate the school for helping me improve my life and slowly transition into the world.

Describe your college experience

The school is very welcoming and safe, which made it easy to get involved. It has a very diverse community and it’s quite easy to access all the necessary resources in order to succeed. The school’s friendliness and freedom helped me find my pace to become more independent away from my family and from being an ordinary high school student.

Tip for future students

Please please PLEASE participate in everything as much as you can. There are hundreds of clubs and there are always things to do. The best part is that it’s ALL free and worth it. Do not waste your years being cooped up in your dorm. Ask me how to get involved and I can easily get you in anywhere!!

Favorite class

History and Film, both amazing passions of mine that bring out my best qualities such as writing and creativity. Highly suggest taking a film class just to watch some movies and to get your humanity credits.

Career goals

I have many, but my main goal is to be able to improve the research and state of mental health, either by being a researcher or by providing my own alternative private practice of therapy. I also want to use my business experience to help me roll in some passive income on a business related towards manufacturing.

Ideal way to spend a free night

Sleep and relax, don’t go out and do what everyone else is doing.
