University of Arkansas
A U of A sophomore who loves to explore the town and campus!
Hi, I’m a sophomore at the U of A studying Supply Chain Management. I love finding new places to eat around Fayetteville—especially anywhere with good pizza. I’m also a big Razorback baseball fan and try to catch as many games as I can. I’m excited to show you what life here is really like.

Describe your college experience
Moving from Houston to Arkansas was a big adjustment, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Starting college in a new state felt a little overwhelming at first, but I quickly found my people and got involved in things I care about. The U of A has such a welcoming vibe, and there's always something going on. So far, it’s been a fun, eye-opening experience that’s helped me grow a lot.
Tip for future students
I would say to go to as many events as possible even if your friends aren't going doesn't mean you can't. Another tip I think is very important is that going to classes really does make a difference in the long run.
Favorite class
Intro to supply chain management was my favorite class because my teacher had a lot of experience in the field so he had a great perspective. It's also a class that helped me realize how much I actually do love my major. It helped introduce in detail all the different sectors of supply chain management which helped me realize I could branch out if I wanted to do different areas.
Career goals
My goal is after college is to get a corporate job in Bentonville at either Tyson or JB Hunt as a supply chain management analytic.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is to get pizza at woodstone with my closest friends. Then I like to get ready with them for midnight out on the town. I love exploring different places to socialize.
