Describe your college experience
Through resources and clubs and knowing people on campus my transition into college has been rather easy! I also took Dual Enrollments in high school which prepared me for the college course type of classes. The biggest transition for me was dorm life and getting around campus itself because it truly is its own world within Knoxville.
Tip for future students
Go to events and opportunities the campus has to offer throughout the whole school year! These events enhance the college experience and gives you chances to meet new people and learn about more stuff the campus has to offer!
Favorite class
My favorite class so far has been my HBS 101 class which was an introduction to public policy, and POLS 101 which was an introduction to political science. These were my favorite because they were very conversation-focused rather than just handed a bunch of busy work, and the guest speakers opened the floor to a lot of interesting topics to learn about.
Career goals
My goal is to either go straight to law school or work with a non-profit or the city for a year and then go to law school.
Ideal way to spend a free night
I go to church and am very close to my church family so an ideal night for me is being able to have a fun fellowship night with my people!
High school or secondary school
Fulton High School
Previous college
I took dual enrollment through Pellissippi State Community College!
