Describe your college experience

My transition to Michigan was a little bit overwhelming coming from a small town. However, the friends I've made and sense of community at Michigan helped ease my worries and make me feel at home.

Tip for future students

Don't doubt yourself, get involved on campus, and buy football season tickets!

Favorite class

Movesci 422 (motor learning) was my favorite course I've taken. This course integrated different concepts that I've learned over four years of going to school here, and felt like a well-rounded summary of kinesiology concepts. It also allowed for some critical thinking and creativity - I even had to create a treatment plan for children with movement disorders!

Career goals

I am currently taking a gap year, and I plan to apply to dental school this summer.

Spending time with my friends, whether it's spending the night in or exploring downtown!
