Describe your college experience
Coming from New Jersey to Florida was an adjustment, but it has been the best decision. FSU is extremely welcoming and has so many great outreach programs which I was able to meet people through. I love the education program, and it is very convenient to be able to get both a master's and bachelor's in 5 years. Professors are extremely understanding and knowledgable and once you establish a routine, the transition becomes not so bad.
Tip for future students
Say yes to everything! Always be open to new experiences and putting yourself out there.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been MAE 4326: How Children Learn Math. This is because during this class, we put together a math fair for the students and it was such a great experience! We made up a pizza-themed place value game and the students enjoyed it so much.
Career goals
After college, I hope to be a second or third grade teacher and then eventually a principal.
Ideal way to spend a free night
The ideal way to spend a free night would be to try eating at a new restaurant with friends or family.
