Junior criminology student at Virginia Tech
Hi I'm Mallory, I'm a junior at Virginia Tech from the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Virginia Tech was always my dream school and I've been lucky enough to thrive here on campus for the last years. I’m majoring in criminology and hold a student worker position for the football teams recruiting department.

Describe your college experience
At first, I struggled with how large the campus was and the transition to a college curriculum surrounded by very intelligent people. However, I found some of my best friends that helped with the transition and quickly fell in love with my new lifestyle.
Tip for future students
Campus is extremely easy to navigate after even just a few days. Classes are not as intimidating as high school makes them seem. The food is amazing!
