Describe your college experience

I have really enjoyed my college experience. I feel that Virginia Tech has been the perfect fit for me, because I wanted to go to a big school while at the same time meet a lot of people and feel a sense of community. Virginia Tech provides me with the big school atmosphere, while at the same time it feels small as I constantly bump into people I know around campus and have been able to build a lot of strong relationships as well.

Tip for future students

I would say to get involved with as much as possible early on during Freshman year. Putting yourself out there and getting to know a lot of people is a great eay to start and will make the rest of your experience a lot of fun! It also allows you to try different things and then narrow down what you'd like to focus on.

Favorite class

Personal Financial Planning with Alex White has been my favorite class. Doc White brought such high energy into this class every single day. It was very useful information that everyone needs to know, and he tought it in an interesting and exciting way.

Career goals

After graduation I will be moving to New Jersey to work at a financial firm doing wealth managent and financial advising.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal way to spend a free night would be doing something with my friends. Whether its going somewhere downtown, getting dinner, or hanging out at someones house I like spending my free time with them.
