Describe your college experience
Transitioning from a high school student to a college student is definitely difficult. You need to form good discipline when it comes to going classes or doing everyday tasks like eating or doing laundry. Everything is done according to your schedule and no one will be there to parent you. Other than that, forming new study habits can also be difficult at times. Unlike high school, majority of classes only give out two to three exams a semester, and sadly, that's what a majority of your grade will be based on. So you have to change your study habits a little to fit it into a college lifestyle. On top of studying and homework, you also have to learn to give time to yourself. You have to learn to relax so that you don't overwhelm yourself with too much work.
Tip for future students
I think my main tip is to not go into college expecting to not study or think that your AP classes may have given you enough knowledge about a certain class. College classes are very different from AP classes (even if they are college-level courses), so you still need to put in the work.
Favorite class
I think my favorite class would be my Biology 173 lab class. Though it ended very late (and was very long), I have fun conducting the experiments with my lab partners and my GSI was able to make the lab very entertaining.
Career goals
I hope to pursue PA school after undergrad and become a licensed physician's assistant.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal free night would be hanging out with my friends and watching a movie or playing a board game with them.
High school or secondary school
I went to Great Neck South High School, Long Island, NY, USA.
