Describe your college experience

Transitioning to college was a big step, especially moving into a more rigorous course load. Adapting to the college environment meant finding a balance between challenging coursework, student organization, and making time for myself. Luckily I found an amazing support system at UCF between the clubs and friends I have made that have made the transition smooth and enjoyable.

Tip for future students

Find your group, finding likeminded people whose views and goals aligned with yours will make campus feel like home right away. Time management is key, you will be responsible for your own deadlines, exams and course work. Keep a good calendar so you can balance your time wisely. Do not be afraid to ask for help, professors, TAs and other students are here to help.

Favorite class

Thermodynamics has been my favorite class so far as what I learned in class directly applies to the real-world engineering projects I am working on in my internships.

Career goals

I plan on graduating with my aerospace engineering degree and then go on to complete my masters in engineering. After that I hope to become a test or propulsion engineer.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal way to spend a free night would be unwinding with my friends, whether we're playing board games, listening to music, or just hanging out and catching up.
