Describe your college experience

When I think of my college experience so far, I think of all of the friends and memories that I have made. At first, my friends were the other students that lived on my floor, then it was the people that sat next to me in class, and now it is my teammates. I have slowly built all of these relationships through my experiences, and I could not imagine myself going to school anywhere else.

Tip for future students

Go to as many events as you can and be sure to try at least one thing that is completely new to you. There are so many involvement fairs, panels, concerts, and career days that are great for connecting with new people and learning new things.

Favorite class

My favorite class has been engineering design. I took this during my first semester, and it was exciting to get useful experience with software and procedures that I will be using throughout my career. The class involves many group projects using the Solidworks software. It was fun to learn and experiment with designing my groups' innovative ideas.

Career goals

I hope to work in research and development for human prosthetics. Next semester, I am taking a professional seminar class that will hopefully give me insight and connections to this path!

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal night involves going to a Penn State whiteout game with my friends and then eating pizza downtown.
