Friendly Spartan ready to help campus feel like home
Hi! I’m Aleah, a freshman on a pre law track and a people person at heart. I grew up with MSU feeling like home, so I’m excited to share that experience and help others fall in love with campus. You’ll usually find me at the gym, walking through the gardens, or exploring campus with friends. My goal is to make your tour fun, relaxed, and informative. Whether you have questions about academics, housing, campus life or just the best places to eat. I’m happy to give you an honest look into MSU and help you imagine yourself here!

Describe your college experience
I grew up with MSU as home. As a result, I was worried it was too close to my parents-like any teenage I was ready for space. However, I love MSU and I could not picture going anywhere else. I’m so incredibly excited to be apart of campus.
Tip for future students
I wish I knew that I didn’t have to be worried or scared before moving away and being on my own. It is normal to be nervous, but there are so many amazing ways to get involved and it is so cool to see where your adult life is headed. My tip would be to show up to as many things as possible and find your people.
Favorite class
My favorite class is AP government because I enjoy learning about politics. That’s why I’m so excited for CJ 101 so I can see the administrative side of the legal system.
Career goals
I would either like to be a healthcare administrator or a health lawyer. After obtaining my bachelors degree I plan to narrow my field down and attend grad school.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is going to dinner or hanging out with friends. I am always up for any activity, as my favorite part is the company. After this we would go to the gym and finish the night talking or crafting at home.

Favorite spot on campus
My favorite spot on campus is the BEAL botanical gardens. No matter the season it is breathtaking. It is a wonderful piece of nature and relaxation as well as a respite from the busier parts of campus.
