Describe your college experience

My transition to college was amazing. I was so worried that I wouldn't fit a vibe or mesh with the people around me, but quickly found that in a school with tens of thousands of students there was definitely a friend group in there for me somewhere. I've made lifelong friends, extraordinary memories, and built great academic and professional habits.

Tip for future students

Stop being stressed about where you go or how you will do, be excited that such an extraordinary time is on the horizon!

Favorite class

Econ 135 Monetary Economics. What seemed like a potentially boring class became extraordinarily interesting due to the teaching style and lived experience of Professor Garratt.

Career goals

Law school and lawyering.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I love spending time with my friends and taking them to see the amazing student bands that UCSB offers.

High school or secondary school

Calabasas High School

Favorite spot on campus

The lagoon trail! The gorgeous loop is very accessible and can really help me clear my mind.

Meeting point

Base of Storke Tower on the University of California, Santa Barbara campus
