I was born in Virginia, but have lived in Colorado for more than half of my life. I grew up in Arvada, Colorado, and made frequent trips to Boulder for hiking and activities.

Describe your college experience
I’ve had such an amazing time at CU Boulder, the campus itself is so shockingly beautiful you can never get used to it even as someone who grew up here. Everyone in Boulder is so accepting and outgoing.
Tip for future students
Don’t be afraid to push yourself, but listen to your heart. Create a list of pros and cons for all of the colleges he may be considering. Prepare for your freshman year, in a few different ways. For classes, be sure to have a solid study system, proper notetaking. Mentally prepare yourself to be living on your own for the first time, making your own decisions, meeting new people, and carving your path for your future.
Favorite class
My favorite class that I have taken in my time so far at CU was a medical terminology class. I really enjoyed the professor I had and found the course incredibly interesting as it applied deeply to my major and went into all of the various medical terminology used in the healthcare field.
Career goals
After college, I hope to pursue a career in the healthcare field. I hope to work as a Nicu nurse caring for sick and premature babies.

Meet up with friends, take time for yourself, check in with family, enjoy a free night.

My current favorite place on campus would either be the courtyard outside of the Cristal chemistry building or the water feature outside of Norlin library.
