Clubs, organizations & involvement

I am a part of Special Olympics which is a club at my school. I am also in Kappa Delta sorority. My fall semester of my sophomore year I will be completing my practicum involving exercise medicine. When I go home for breaks I work jobs at restaurants and retail.

Describe your college experience

For me college has been an amazing experience. I have met so many amazing people. I was able to make friends who lived in my dorm, were in my classes, and in my sorority.

Tip for future students

My biggest piece of advice is to talk to anyone and everyone on the very first day. This is everybody's first time at college and some people are shy. It is the best way to meet people, especially people who are shy.

Favorite class

My favorite class so far was probably my chemistry lab. This is all because of the TA's. They were so nice and helpful. They treated us as equals and not as kids who were below them. It was a great learning experience and thought me how important it is to form relationships with your teachers and TA's.

Career goals

After college I hope to become a PA. I specifically want to become a pediatric PA because I love working with kids.

Ideal way to spend a free night

On a free night I either like to enjoy it with my friends or family. I like watching movies or just hanging out and talking.

Favorite spot on campus

My favorite place on campus is the ISE building. It has a really good food spot but it is also an excellent space for studying. It is one of the newer buildings so it is very nice in there.
