Sophomore that enjoys sports, people, and traveling.
I grew up in Tallahassee, Florida, but was often in the Tampa area due to tournaments and my brother attending USF. I have four brothers, a sister, and parents who also grew up in Florida. Over the years, I have become very familiar with the Tampa area, visiting its beaches, restaurants, and events. I am also highly involved with athletics at USF, including intramural sports, pickup games, tournaments, and club activities.

Describe your college experience
I began unsure but the second I was there I felt like I belonged. But that was not coincidence i had to put myself in situations to find belonging, I started with my interests, Soccer, and made plenty of friend's immediately because everyone is looking for their people when they arrive you just have to be open to accept them. Classes were a large jump from high school not only in content but trust as well, professors expect you to act like what you are, young adults who want to learn. If you follow that you'll find classes to be a swift adjustment. But being on my own was the biggest leap of them all, I had to find new ways to spend my time besides games, practice, etc. I found my peace to be with friends, the gym, and sports. I learned to thrive with my new circumstances and you will too.
Tip for future students
Make friends in the beginning, they may not last but they will guide your year at USF. Plug yourself into your hobbies, find people who like what you like and you'll find your place quickly.
Favorite class
Python for Business, the professor taught and helped me through a rather complex and unfamiliar class. The main reason i enjoyed it was because I not only completed a new concept but i excelled in it.
Career goals
I want to work with and for people to reach their financial goals.
Ideal way to spend a free night
Going out to eat with some friends at a cheap but charming place and then sit around and talk for the rest of the night.
