Hi! I'm a rising sophomore at the University of South Carolina in the Darla Moore School of Business. I'm very involved on campus as I'm a part of greek life, clubs, and have worked on campus. I'm an out of state student and would love to share my experiences at UofSC with others!

Describe your college experience

Coming from far away is definitely a difficult transition and took a lot of getting used to. Moving away from home was not easy but very worth it! The atmosphere, community, and people on campus make it easy to form a home away from home. Coming to UofSC has been the best decision ever!

Tip for future students

The campus is very big, depending on where you live it can be a 25-30 minute walk to class. Housing off campus can be very expensive with most apartments ranging $1000+ per month.

Favorite class

Microeconomics- it was first big lecture class at college (around 400 students). This class really gave me a feel for the difference in independence as a college student compared to high school and I appreciated how the big class setting challenged me to learn in new ways.

Career goals

I plan to start a job in the corporate setting with a roll focusing on supply chain management.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I enjoy spending a night in 5 points with my friends and experiencing what the downtown area has to offer.
