Hi! My name is Hannah. I am a rising senior and have thoroughly enjoyed my last 4 years at the capstone. I have grown up coming to and from campus as my hometown is only 45 minutes from Tuscaloosa. Describe your college experience
My college experience has been fun and allowed me to grow both academically and as a person. I learned how to fully live on my own and balance work, volunteer activities, and being a full time student on a harder degree path.
Tip for future students
- Get involved early! - Don’t overload yourself with classes your first semester. - Try to get a little out of your shell by trying new things. - Surround yourself with a good support system.
Favorite class
The Chemistry of Baking - Honors Class • We got to dive into the science behind baking different foods and desserts and actually test some of the recipes and ideas in the professional kitchen on campus.

I hope to attend medical school and pursue a career in the medical field.
