Describe your college experience
Going to Virginia Tech was one of the best experiences of my life. The transition was seamless. The campus in Blacksburg is absolutely gorgeous and Hokie spirit that seemed to fill every corner of campus Saturdays in the fall mean football games at Lane Stadium and jumping to Enter Sandman with thousands of other students is something you never forget. One of the biggest perks is the food. The dining halls are some of the best in the country. Every day feels new and like an adventure. Virginia Tech isn’t just a school, it truly has become my home.
Tip for future students
One thing that I wish I would have known is how cold it gets here and how much it rains. Being in the mountains the weather gets pretty extreme and it was not something that was advertised enough.
Favorite class
My favorite class was Developmental Psychology. It talked about how people change throughout their lives, from the moment they are born to when they die. It explore the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional aspects of development. I thought it was interesting because the entirety of human life and cognition.
Career goals
I hope to get my PhD or go to grad school.
Ideal way to spend a free night
An ideal night for me would be hanging out with my friends and watching some movies. I love to unwind and relax with people. I also like to read.
