Describe your college experience

Junior, Class of 2026. I love my time here because of the myriad opportunities to make a positive impact. Through FSU, I have traveled to D.C. for free, taken masterclasses and audition seminars with Hollywood professionals like Mandy Patinkin, and studied abroad with the BEST program in the country. FSU has taught me that the possibilities are endless and the world really is my oyster.

Tip for future students

SAY YES! And then, commit to the opportunity in the same way you committed to your high school endeavors. You are already special, and going to a university gives you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a national institution. If you're overthinking an opportunity that may be good for you, go step by step in that direction. You don't need to *become* that thing but just embrace the opportunity little by little. You never know what could happen–you could get a free trip to D.C. (happened to me.)

Favorite class

Abroad in London: Shakespeare. We were taught by the Royal Shakespeare Company's current vocal coach and I will never forget how that class empowered & challenged me as an artist. Shakespeare is hard, especially for Americans, but she never doubted that our hard work in the 3 hour course would get us to the place we needed to be. My most influential college course to date. On Campus: AST1002 Planets, Stars, and Galaxies. I have always been interested in astronomy and through this class, I gained comprehensive knowledge on the planets, the stars, and... the galaxies, mhm.

Career goals

Earn my Masters in Acting at YALE or Brown Trinity or my Masters in Business Administration at another premiere university.

Ideal way to spend a free night

Abroad in London: Watching a West End show either in SOHO or The Globe. On Campus: Watching an FSU School of Theatre performance, FSU College of Music performance, concert at Opening Nights (celebrities perform on campus)...
