Describe your college experience
My transition was very smooth and I didn’t feel homesick at all. UMD provided me with all the things I needed to feel at home and the food was also amazing. Being a college student was an easy transition.
Tip for future students
Some tips I have is don’t worry about leaving home. It does seem daunting at first, but once you get one campus and spend your first week, you will be enjoying yourself and will be distracted from missing your family. It will become second nature to be living on campus and you will adjust to this new lifestyle with ease.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been Math120 because my professor makes the lessons easy to understand and we do many review problems that have allowed me to excel in this class when math was never my strong suit.
Career goals
I am not completely sure, but I may get my masters for business. I also would love to be an entrepreneur and have my own start up.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is doing self care, lighting a candle, and watching a movie to wind down.
